Welcome to Bumps, Birth & Beyond.
The goal for us is to walk alongside and support women and families in their pregnancy, birth and parenting journeys and offer a range of services for all aspects of that journey and to bring together a group of practitioners, providers and support for you and your family.
Birth matters. And preparing yourself for birth, and life after birth, is one of the most important things you can do for your family.
I believe birth is sacred and powerful. I believe the way a child comes into world has an impact on life (yours and theirs). I am passionate about helping you and your family with that transition and I am honoured to walk beside you.

Becoming a Woman Workshop
- with Jaz and Fi
Celebrate and demystify the menstrual cycle together and discover the magic and power of being a woman.
This workshop is a soulful gathering for girls, pre-menarche (onset of menstruation) or "just started”, with their mothers, to demystify the menstrual cycle and to learn about the physical and spiritual opportunities offered each month by this miraculous process.
Together we will honour the feminine experience of the menstrual cycle, celebrating becoming and being a woman and heal the “wounded feminine” of our times.
The young girls will get the opportunity to share a special connection with their mothers and other women, in a safe and loving space. All women gain a deeper understanding of the spiritual aspects of the menstrual cycle and learn practical tools to work with its energy in their everyday life.
2-part Workshop Series with Jenny Blyth
Birthwork Downunder® workshops present an extraordinary blend of body knowledge, body awareness, body work and profoundly attentive tender touch - that has been appreciated by hundreds of parents-to-be, midwives, doulas, osteopaths, chiropractors, physiotherapists and bodyworkers. Â
With a unique perspective, essential birth knowledge is shared in a relaxed style. Complex pelvic anatomy is creatively woven into highly effective hands-on body skills. This invaluable material is practical and do-able in any birth environment. It can be easily passed on and shared, and is fundamental knowledge missing from conventional (professional) midwifery, doula and birth education training.
Whatever your background, there is always more to discover. Don’t miss this precious opportunity to delve deeper into effective ways of facilitating birth and positively enhancing your practice.Â
Become better skilled and deeply fascinated with exploring and understanding women’s bodies in relation to birth and pelvic health. Help the women you serve and work with to connect with, understand, admire, prepare and heal their sacred pelvic space.
