Online Hypnobirthing Classes
Hypnobirthing Australia offers an online option. This option is roughly 5 hours, and you can do this self-paced and in your own time.
The content itself is slightly different to what is offered in the group or private sessions.
However, you do get an option to add 90mins or 3 hours as a private with me so that we can take them time to go over any of the practical stuff, or anything specific to you that you'd like to focus on or talk about.

Online Self-Guided
Take your time, and do the course online, at your own pace. Please note this is the online course ONLY. You can also then opt to do a private session with me at a later stage.

You don't have to have done any or all of the Hypnobirthing courses to be able to use or work with the resources we have available to you. Or perhaps, you have missed out on the classes or are feeling very time poor and would like to utilise some of the online courses. Or, you might have done the course and want MORE... this section is for you.
